    NEW ICT Course

toolsCurrent research has found that our major beliefs regarding how people react in emergent situations is inaccurate. ICT has carefully studied the new research based on 9/11 and created a course that teaches one how to think when under extreme pressure, stress or in a dangerous situation.

This course is a must for field (armed and unarmed) and institutional officers who may encounter hostility or violence during the course of their work days.

More importantly, the course ties the research to the ethical decision making frameworks of Terry Cooper, Ph.D. and Gordon Graham’s Risk Management Perspective.

This is a 16 hour* strength based course and will also serve to nurture teamwork among your staff and be a solid reminder of the positive outcomes your agency strives to attain.

*This course can be modified to 8 hours upon requested.
