Course Summary: Designed to equip participants with the skills to provide strategic and impactful feedback, fostering the development of relationships this course begins with the fundamentals of effective feedback, emphasizing key principles and interactive learning to build a strong foundation. Participants will then explore advanced feedback techniques, identify their personal feedback style, and learn strategies to overcome common barriers to delivering feedback. The course also addresses why even well-intentioned feedback is sometimes rejected and how to effectively model receiving and implementing feedback. By the end of the course, participants will have actionable tools to improve communication, maintain professionalism, and empower their clients, colleagues, and staff to excel.
